For example, we have advised the Bank of England on the negotiation of a structured property transaction in relation to the new Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) premises in London, the assignment of two leasehold interests in Canary Wharf's landmark tower, One Canada Square, from the Financial Services Authority to the Bank of England and the negotiation of arrangements with Transport for London relating to the proposed redevelopment of Bank Tube Station
