Alistair Woodland is Co-Head of the Global Employment team and advises on all aspects of employment law for a broad range of employers, including corporates, banks, insurers, asset management firms, and other large organisations. His practice encompasses advice on the employment aspects of transactions, TUPE, redundancy and restructuring, insolvency matters, collective agreements and employee consultation, executive terminations, investigations, workplace conduct and culture, data privacy, and employment disputes.

He works regularly with financial services firms, advising on the employment implications of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime and the Remuneration Code.
