  • Rezolv Energy, Romania: Advised Actis on the launch of Rezolv Energy and Rezolv’s 450 MW onshore wind transaction marking its entry into Romania. This is a landmark clean energy transaction for the region.
  • Landmark solar power project, Azerbaijan: Advised the lender consortium to a 230 MW photovoltaic solar power project. The project marks the first privately owned, utility-scale solar power facility in Azerbaijan.
  • Karapinar solar project, Turkey: advised the bank consortium and UK Export Finance on a ground-breaking renewable energy project financing in Turkey. European ESG Deal of the Year 2021, PFI Awards.
  • Greater Changhua Offshore Wind Farm, Taiwan: advised CDPQ on its landmark US$2.7 billion acquisition and holdco financing in Taiwan’s offshore wind farm. Asia Pacific Deal of the Year 2021, PFI Awards.
 
 
  • Hollandse Kust Zuid Offshore Wind Farm, the Netherlands: Advised Vattenfall in relation to the sale of a 49.5% stake in the 1.5GW offshore wind farm, the largest offshore wind farm in the world once commissioned.
  • NNG, Hornsea IHornsea 2 and East Anglia I offshore wind farms, UK: Advised lenders, developers and co-investors in the leading UK offshore wind transactions.
  • Al Dhafra Solar Project, UAEAdvised the lenders on the landmark project financing of a 2GW solar plant in the Al Dhafra region of the UAE. Once constructed, the project will be the largest PV power project in the world to date. MENA Renewables Deal of the Year 2020, IJGlobal Awards.
  • Murra Murra Stage II Wind Farm, Australia: Advised Partners Group on the AU$180 million investment in Victoria's Murra Murra Wind Farm. Australia Green Deal of the Year 2020, PFI Awards.
  • Eni wind farm and solar acquisitions, Spain: Advised Eni on the agreement with Azora Capital for the acquisition of a portfolio of nine renewable energy projects in Spain.

 
  • Pan-Asian Solar PV and wind portfolio acquisition: Advised Global Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of the Equis Energy portfolio of renewable power projects (approximately 11GW in total including assets in development stages) located across Asia Pacific, including solar PV assets in Japan – the largest global renewables portfolio sale ever. Asia Pacific M&A Deal of the Year 2018, IJGlobal Awards.
  • Cerro Dominador solar project, Chile: Advised a syndicate of lenders in respect of the multi-tranche, multi-currency financing to be provided to a subsidiary of EIG for the development of the US$1.6 billion Cerro Dominador solar project. Upon completion, this will be the first CSP project in Latin America. LatAm Renewables Deal of the Year 2018, PFI Awards.
  • Solar PV, Vietnam: Advised on a number of large scale solar PV project financings in Vietnam, including acting for the Asian Development Bank on the financing of the 257MWp Phu Yen solar PV power plant in Hoa Hoi, Phu Yen Province, Vietnam, one of the largest operating PV plants in Southeast Asia.
