  • Calisen Refinancing, UK: Advised Calisen in relation to the £1.1 billion refinancing of their UK smart metering business. European Digital Infrastructure Refinancing (Smart Meter) Deal of the Year 2020, IJGlobal Awards.
  • Project Reach, UK: Advised Network Rail on a roll out across the UK rail network of fibre and digital wireless infrastructure.
 
 
  • Smart meter development, Australia: advising on the smart meter rollout project for Jemena in Victoria.
  • Data centres, Asia: advised the owner in relation to the development of data centres throughout Asia, including Singapore and Japan.
  • Westpoort Datacenter, Netherlands: Advised Tikehau Capital on the acquisition financing of a data centre to be developed and operated by Westpoort Datacenter B.V.
 
 
  • EdgeConneX, Netherlands and Ireland: Advised the lenders on the refinancing of two EdgeconneX data centres in Amsterdam and Dublin.
  • Smart meter rollout, UK: Advised Calvin Capital in relation to the establishment of a multi-tranche debt facility in order to finance the rollout of smart meters by a range of big six and independent energy suppliers in the UK.
