  • Fudura, the Netherlands: advised a consortium of DIF Capital Partners and PGGM Infrastructure Fund on their acquisition of Fudura B.V., a provider of electricity infrastructure, metering devices and data services for companies seeking solutions for energy efficiency and CO2 neutrality.
  • Sustainable Bitcoin miner, Australia: advised Iris Energy on US$1.5 billion Nasdaq IPO. It focuses on building, owning and operating data centres and electrical infrastructure which are currently utilised to mine Bitcoin.
