Clifford Chance advises Barranquilla, Colombia-based Procaps, S.A. on multi-jurisdiction notes private placement
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Procaps, S.A. (Procaps), in connection with a Section 4(a)(2) private placement of US$115 million aggregate principal amount of fixed-rate notes with a 10-year tenor (the Notes). With a direct presence in 13 countries, the Procaps group is a global integrated international healthcare enterprise that develops pharmaceutical and nutraceutical solutions, medicines and hospital supplies. Procaps used the proceeds from the Notes issuance to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
