Thomas Koh's practice focuses on ERISA.
Thomas advises clients on ERISA issues in the formation and operation of private equity, real estate, infrastructure, hedge and credit funds, including those subject to the ERISA “plan assets” rules. He also advises clients on ERISA issues in structured finance, debt and equity capital market and finance transactions.
Thomas maintains a global practice and has worked in the Singapore office as a member of the APAC Private Funds Group.
