Clifford Chance is holding a series of Insights on Financial Regulation calls in relation to the recently agreed EU Markets in Crypto-assets Regulation (MiCA).

MiCA establishes an EU regulatory framework for the issuance of, intermediating and dealing in, cryptoassets and will introduce licensing and conduct of business requirements, with some obligations anticipated to come into force from spring 2024.

Throughout the series, our panels will bring together experts from across our European network who will outline the new requirements under MiCA, as well as doing a deep dive on the impact for crypto custodians, issuers of stablecoins and other cryptoassets, and crypto exchanges and brokers.
