Why?
The GDPR provides for the security principle: that personal data must be "processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data…using appropriate technical or organisational measures" (Article 5(1)(f)). Appropriate technical or organisational measures (commonly known as "TOMs") include awareness, such as identifying and understanding security risks, at all levels of an organisation, from the lobby (aquarium) to the boardroom.
