In the second of our 2021 Tech Predictions video​ series, Dessislava Savova, Partner - Tech Group, Europe, outlines several predictions for the regulation of Tech​ in Europe. She says the creation of the Digital Markets Act​ and Digital Services Act​ will be a game-changer for Europe's digital​ market and predicts:

• stronger co-operation between EU member states;
• the creation of new bodies with Europe-wide responsibilities;
• potential for huge sanctions against digital players who don't comply.

Dessi also talks about other tech regulations including the proposed Legal and Ethical Framework for AI and the likely impact of Brexit on GDPR and future data flows between UK and Europe.
