Clifford Chance advises Rivean Capital on the definitive agreement to acquire Intero Integrity Services
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised its longstanding client Rivean Capital ('Rivean'), a pioneer in European mid-market private equity, on the definitive agreement to acquire Intero Integrity Services ('Intero') from First Reserve. Intero is a leading specialist for keeping critical infrastructure clean, safe, well maintained, and highly productive, offering world-class UT (Ultrasonic Testing) and MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) inspection, environmental, and industrial services.
This collaboration will support Intero’s operational excellence, expand its global energy hub presence, and fast-track technology developments with key customers.
