Samir is a partner in the Corporate / M&A department and a lead member of the Private Equity practice group.

He specializes in cross-border M&A, private equity and infrastructure transactions.

He has been consistently involved as lead partner in many of the leading, high-end transactions which have taken place in the Spanish market in the last years.
