Jurre Jurriëns is a member of the Amsterdam Antitrust group and specialises in Dutch and European competition law. Jurre has worked on multi-jurisdictional merger control cases, cartel investigations and other behavioural antitrust as well as compliance matters (including anti-bribery and sanctions) across a range of sectors, including consumer goods, telecommunication, logistics and healthcare. In addition, he advises on foreign direct investment screening. Jurre has wide experience with a variety of regulators, frequently conducts (multi-jurisdictional) regulatory investigations and (internal document) reviews, and advises on the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies. His clients include both private equity firms, multinationals and Dutch corporates, who appreciate him for his approachability pragmatic advice.
