Clifford Chance advises Rabobank on the financing of the construction by Sif of the world's largest monopile foundation manufacturing plant

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Rabobank, as Coordinator and Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arranger, in relation to the financing commitments for Sif Holding N.V. ("Sif") to finance its construction of the world’s largest monopile foundation manufacturing plant in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

The investment strengthens Sif's position as a leading supplier of offshore wind monopile foundations, contributing to the energy transition. The project is of strategic importance to the Dutch government. The construction of the manufacturing plant is expected to start in April 2023.
