Nolan Groenland specialises in the taxation of corporate and financing transactions, with a particular focus on structured finance, M&A, tax controversy, employment taxes and international taxation.
He has extensive experience across the full range of financial products, including lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset finance, project finance, derivatives, insolvency and restructuring, and structured finance, particularly securitisation.
Nolan also advises on debt and equity capital markets, incentives and executive remuneration, as well as dismissal-related tax issues.
