International law firm Clifford Chance advised KKR and Roompot on the envisaged acquisition of Landal GreenParks from Awaze, a portfolio company of Platinum Equity.

Landal GreenParks is part of Awaze, the largest provider of holiday parks and accommodations in Europe, with independent brands including cottages.com, Hoseasons, Landal GreenParks, James Villa Holidays and Novasol. Roompot and Landal GreenParks intend to combine their pan-European organisations to form the most attractive and most diverse selection of holiday parks in Europe. The transaction is subject to the usual conditions.
