Various forms of cooperation among competitors may be beneficial to improve their ability to provide needed products and services in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Antitrust laws need not inhibit collaboration that is reasonably necessary to enhance how competitors serve their customers. But businesses must take certain steps to mitigate antitrust and other legal risks.
