Global law firm Clifford Chance acted as counsel to the underwriters on TotalEnergies SE's successful SEC-registered US$3.5 billion bond issuance.
The bond issuance featured three tranches of fixed-rate notes, with maturities ranging from five to 10 years.
TotalEnergies, listed on Euronext and the NYSE, is a global integrated energy company that produces and markets energies: oil and biofuels, natural gas, biogas and low-carbon hydrogen, renewables and electricity.
The global Clifford Chance team was led by Trevor Lavelle and Om Pandya in Houston and Olivier Plessis in Paris, with key support from Jake DuCharme in New York, Trey Oxendine in London, Johnathan Walker in Houston, and Cedric Burford, Auriane Bijon and Baya Hariche in Paris. Cette émission, structurée en trois tranches d’obligations à taux fixe, présente des maturités comprises entre cinq et dix ans.
TotalEnergies, cotée sur Euronext et au NYSE, est une compagnie multi-énergies intégrée mondiale de production et de fourniture d’énergies : pétrole et biocarburants, gaz naturel, biogaz et hydrogène bas carbone, renouvelables et électricité.
