Clifford Chance advises Interpath on the acquisition of Kerkhoff
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised international advisory firm Interpath on the acquisition of Kerkhoff, one of Europe’s leading purchasing and supply chain management consultancies. With the transaction Interpath expands its international footprint into Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Interpath will benefit from Kerkhoff Consulting's in-depth expertise in purchasing and supply chain management, while the integration will give Kerkhoff access to new international markets and an expanded network. All 60 members of Kerkhoff' staff will transfer to Interpath.
With the acquisition the expansion of Interpath’s global footprint continues at pace following the launch of its first operations in mainland Europe in the summer of 2024, with the opening of its office in Paris. The firm now employs almost 1,000 people across 23 locations in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Algeria.

Die globale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die internationale Beratungsfirma Interpath beim Erwerb von Kerkhoff, eine der führenden Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich Einkauf und Supply-Chain-Management in Europa, beraten. Mit dieser Transaktion erweitert Interpath ihre internationale Präsenz in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
Interpath profitiert dabei von der umfassenden Expertise von Kerkhoff Consulting im Bereich Einkauf und Supply-Chain-Management, während die Integration Kerkhoff Zugang zu neuen internationalen Märkten und einem erweiterten Netzwerk verschafft. Alle 60 Mitarbeiter von Kerkhoff werden zu Interpath wechseln.
Mit der Übernahme setzt Interpath ihre schnelle weltweite Expansion fort. Erst im Sommer 2024 hat die Beratungsfirma ihre ersten Aktivitäten in Kontinentaleuropa mit der Eröffnung eines Büros in Paris gestartet. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt derzeit fast 1.000 Mitarbeiter an 23 Standorten in Großbritannien, Irland, Frankreich, Deutschland, Österreich, Bermuda, den Kaimaninseln, den Britischen Jungferninseln und Algerien.
