Clifford Chance advises Obton A/S on financing for PMGD and PMG solar projects in Chile

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Obton A/S as sponsor on the financing for the acquisition and construction of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic PMGD and PMG projects in Chile.

Obton A/S is an investment company focused on the development and management of solar photovoltaic projects worldwide. This transaction marks the company's first project financing in Latin America.
