Clifford Chance advises Euromoney on its acquisition of BoardEx and The Deal from TheStreet, a US public company

Clifford Chance is advising Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, the global business information and events group ("Euromoney"), on its acquisition of BoardEx and The Deal from its parent company, TheStreet, Inc., a US public company.

The Deal is a source of data, news and intelligence on mergers and acquisitions, activist investing, private equity and restructuring and BoardEx is an executive profiling and relationship mapping platform.

The Firm's cross-border, multidisciplinary team advising Euromoney is led out of New York by Corporate partner Kevin Lehpamer and includes associates Marissa Marco, Christine Kim and Katherine Chang.
