Daryl focuses on representing life sciences and technology companies in a broad range of cross-border intellectual property-driven transactions, including strategic M&A, joint ventures, complex licensing, collaborative arrangements and other commercial transactions. He earned BS and PhD degrees from Brigham Young University, conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois in Champaign in immunogenetics, and earned a JD from Columbia University.
