Brittany Binderoff is an associate in the Structured Finance Group. She represents portfolio managers, issuers, originators and arrangers in a range of structured finance transactions, including CLOs, CFOs, warehouse financings, securitizations, trade receivables financings and LOC facilities
- Credit Suisse Asset Management as portfolio manager and acting as special counsel to the Co-Issuers in connection with CSAM’s Madison Park Funding CLO program transactions, including warehousing, new issuances, refinancings and resets.
- Nuveen Asset Management as collateral manager and acting as special counsel to the Co-Issuers in connection with its Symphony CLO program transactions, including EU risk retention and EU Transparency compliant structures.
- RREEF / DWS group as portfolio advisor and acting as special counsel to the Co-Issuers in connection with its RIN infrastructure CLO program transactions, including warehousing, new issuances, resets and EU and US risk retention compliant structures.
- New York Life Investors and York CLO Managed Holdings/Generate Advisors, each as portfolio manager in connection with their respective CLO platforms.
