Clifford Chance advises on the financing of a propane storage terminal in Ceyhan, Türkiye
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised the Cesce-covered lenders, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., ING, and commercial facility lender, Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası, on a Cesce-covered facility provided for the financing of a propane storage terminal in Ceyhan, Türkiye. The project includes the development of a storage facility, jetty, and all necessary infrastructure for terminal services, significantly enhancing the region's energy infrastructure. The financing supports a joint venture between Rönesans Holding and Stolthaven Terminals.
