Juan acts for lenders and borrowers in a number of multijurisdictional transactions, often involving CESCE (Spanish Export Credit Agency).
- Eroski on its corporate and financial restructuring.
- COSCO Shipping Ports on the refinancing of its terminals in the Port of Valencia and the Port of Bilbao.
- Banco Santander and a pool of banks on a EUR 520.5 million syndicated guarantee facility agreement with a CESCE (Spanish ECA) tranche.
- CESCE on a landmark guarantee to the European Investment Bank.
