International law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders in relation to BDR Thermea Group's €650 million Revolving Credit Facility. The Facility is envisaged to become Sustainability-Linked in the course of 2023.
ABN AMRO Bank N.V. acted as Documentation Agent and Facility Agent. The syndicate of banks consisted of Banco Sabadell, Crédit industriel et commercial (CIC), BNP Paribas, Citi, Commerzbank AG and SEB.
BDR Thermea Group is a world-leading manufacturer and distributor of heating and cooling solutions, systems and services. The company operates in more than 100 countries and its products are manufactured in 13 different locations.
