Clifford Chance advises Preston Hollow Community Capital on inaugural US$230 million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

New York: Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Preston Hollow Community Capital, a market leader in providing specialized impact finance solutions, in its inaugural senior unsecured notes offering of US$230 million notes.

The US$230 million offering consisted of US$52.5 million of 5-year notes, US$136.5 million of 7-year notes, and US$41 million of 10-year notes. The proceeds will be used to execute the company's core mission of financing transformational projects for communities and fund a partial recapitalization of its existing equity investors.

Partner Gary Brooks and counsel Jason W. Parsont led the matter with support from associate Edwin Ramirez-Homs and law clerk Jack Weymer.

Brooks offered, "We are pleased to have supported Preston Hollow on its inaugural offering and we look forward to seeing their continued success in pursuit of their mission."

The wider team included partner Philip Wagman and associate Tali Lee (tax), partner Paul Koppel and associates Thomas Koh and David Walsh (ERISA), and partner Cliff Cone with associates Eric Bernstein and Andrew Nelson (40 Act).

Clifford Chance has a strong history of advising on matters in this area, including recently on Oxford Finance's US$400 million Senior Notes Offering, the US$500 million Sustainability-linked Notes Offering by Mexico-based GCC, and Colombia-based ISA's inaugural $330 million International Notes Offering.
