Clifford Chance advises Trinseo PLC on the acquisition of plastic waste collector and recycler Heathland

Clifford Chance advised NYSE listed materials company Trinseo PLC on the acquisition of Heathland B.V., a Dutch headquartered leading collector and recycler of post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste in Europe.

The acquisition marks another milestone in Trinseo’s transformation journey in becoming a global specialty materials and sustainable solutions provider. The addition of Heathland to the Trinseo family enables the group to have access to comprehensive recycling technologies and plastic wastes as feedstock. Read more about the acquisition here.
