Clifford Chance advised Royal TenCate, which is owned by a consortium led by Gilde Buy Out Partners, on the sale of TenCate Grass Holding B.V. ('TenCate Grass') to Crestview Partners.
Headquarted in Nijverdal, the Netherlands, with approximately USD 600 million in revenues, TenCate Grass has manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates and serves customers in more than 40 countries. More information here.
