Clifford Chance advises Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its £9.7 bn public to private takeover bid for Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc
International law firm Clifford Chance is advising long-time client Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) on its £9.7bn ($13.3bn) recommended take private bid for Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc.
This bid follows a series of high profile CD&R public M & A transactions on which Clifford Chance has been lead counsel, including CD&R's take privates of UDG Healthcare plc and Huntsworth plc, and its strategic PIPE investment in SIG plc.
