Clifford Chance Amsterdam advises Gilde Buy Out Partners on the acquisition of ERP software company To-Increase B.V.
Clifford Chance advised investment firm Gilde Buy Out Partners ('Gilde') on its EUR 113 million acquisition of ERP software company To-Increase B.V. from Danish listed company Columbus A/S. Clifford Chance assisted Gilde with the legal review, the transfer of the shares and the implementation of the management incentive plan.
Gilde is a leading European private equity investor in mid-market transactions, with operations in the Benelux and the DACH region. To-Increase B.V. is a Global SaaS Leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications with a highly scalable business model utilizing a global distribution channel to drive organic growth.
