Clifford Chance named RMBS Law Firm of the Year

Last night, Clifford Chance won the prestigious RMBS Law Firm of the Year Award by GlobalCapital at their 5th Annual US Securitization Awards Dinner. The ceremony took place at the Metropolitan Club on May 30, 2018 in New York City.

The Firm was shortlisted for a total of three awards by GlobalCapital:

  • RMBS Law Firm of the Year – Winner
  • ABS Law Firm of the Year
  • CLO Law Firm of the Year

In addition, the Firm also advised on Madison Park Funding XXIII, the CLO of the Year and CLUB 2017-NP1, the ABS Deal of the Year.

The Firm is honored to be recognized as the leading US firm for residential mortgage backed securities, by peers and clients, while also shortlisted for the other securitization law firm of the year awards. This recognition reinforces the Firm's Structured Finance capabilities and expertise in the industry across the Americas.
