Thomas is a member of the Structured Finance Group where he advises on securitization and asset backed finance (ABF) transactions.

His practice encompasses advising on credit facilities, 144a/Reg S and 4(a)(2) offerings and forward flow and static pool purchases related to a wide variety of asset classes, including unsecured consumer loans, home improvement loans, equipment and auto loans, residential and commercial mortgages, triple net leases, credit risk transfers, and various other manner of structured products
