Clifford Chance advises Viking Global Investors on a majority stake investment in Callstack

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Viking Global Investors on a majority stake investment in Callstack, a company in React Native and cross-platform app development.

The transaction was led by private equity partner Neil Barlow and counsel Mark Sheehy alongside partners Wojciech Polz and Carla Ruggero, senior associate Joshua Higgins, associate Jack Weymer and trainee solicitor Atiah Zohura.
