Carla Ruggero is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice and a member of the Clifford Chance Latin America Energy and Infrastructure Groups.
She has extensive experience advising corporate enterprises, private equity houses, pension funds, sovereign investors, infrastructure funds and other financial investors in complex cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations and other investments with a focus on the Latin America and US markets.
Carla, originally from Argentina, is qualified to practice in both New York and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
