Clifford Chance advises lenders on new €1 billion Senior Unsecured Sustainability Linked Loans for CBRE Investment Management
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders on a new €1 billion Senior Unsecured facilities consisting of €550 million Sustainability Linked Loans and a €450 million Bridge to Bond facility for CBRE Investment Management.
With this new financing package, the underlying fund can strengthen its position for growth, while ensuring the financial structure is resilient and aligned with its long-term sustainability strategy.
ABN AMRO acted as Coordinator, Documentation Agent, Facility Agent and MLA, and the syndicate of banks consisted of BNP Paribas CIB, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking and ING.
The transaction was led by Amin Tamaddoni, and further consisted of Jelle Hofland, Lisa Ye, Samuel van Eijnatten, David Woolmer, Regan Turner and Alaa Fawaz in Amsterdam, and Marc Mehlen, Emmanuel-Frédéric Henrion, Maxime Budzin, Sherazade Ould-Hocine, Donald Sefer, Zoe Bofferding, Pierre-Louis Karim and Delphine Castera in Luxembourg.
