Zoé advises domestic and foreign clients on the legal, regulatory, corporate and structural aspects of investment vehicles, with a particular focus on unregulated AIFs, SIFs and RAIFs with real estate, private equity, debt and fund of funds strategies.
- Setting up several open-ended and closed-ended pan-European and Asian real estate and real estate debt funds for global top asset managers
- Ongoing advice to a SICAF-SIF investing in French real estate for a leading property developer
- Involvement on various fund financing facilities, mostly on the borrower's side
- Assisting with AIFM license applications and general advice on Luxembourg regulatory questions
