Clifford Chance has advised Barentz, a leading global life science and specialty performance ingredients distributor, in relation to a new multi jurisdiction trade receivables securitisation programme. This programme involved several subsidiaries of the Barentz group located in France, England, the Netherlands, Canada and the United States.
