Clifford Chance advises the lenders in relation to KLM's new credit facility linked to ESG objectives
International law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders, a syndicate of 14 international banks, in relation to KLM's new revolving credit facility (RCF) linked to ESG objectives regarding sustainability and social responsibility.
This relates to an amount of €1 billion for a term of four years, with an option to extend for a further two years. KLM is therefore closing the direct loan and credit facility guaranteed by the Dutch government as of the same date. Read more about the credit facility here.
