Clifford Chance adds US securities and high yield partner Jill Concannon Christie to its leading global Capital Markets team
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announced that Jill Concannon Christie will be joining the firm on 1 March as a US securities and high yield partner, based in London. Jill joins from White & Case where she focused on US capital markets and leverage finance transactions. She has extensive experience representing prominent investment banks, corporates and private equity firms on leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions, as well as other debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Clifford Chance's global capital markets practice provides legal advice on capital markets transactions across Europe, the US, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. The team covers the whole spectrum of capital markets work including debt and equity transactions, structured debt, high yield and trustees. Last year the global team advised the EIB on its first euro-denominated digital bond on a private blockchain, the cross-jurisdictional team also advised on Europe's largest IPO and the London team advised NewDay on its £264.1 million high yield bond exchange offer.
