Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advises leading global asset manager, Aberdeen Standard Investments, on a secondary sale of a ~US$500 million portfolio of private equity fund interests.
Clifford Chance has advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the secondary sale of a ~US$500 million portfolio of over 140 LP positions held across eight vehicles advised by Aberdeen Standard Investments to a new ASI-managed vehicle seeded by Coller Capital's CIP VIII. Aberdeen Standard Investments is a leading global asset manager with over US$500 billion in AUM with offices and investment centers in over 20 locations.
The deal was led by London-based private funds partner Alexandra Davidson and tax partner Richard Kalaher.
