Clifford Chance advised Orange Capital Partners on the acquisition of project The Rock

Clifford Chance has advised Orange Capital Partners (OCP) via its investment vehicle Vivada Investments on the acquisition of two apartment buildings consisting of 173 luxury and affordable apartments referred to as "The Rock", located in Kanaleneiland Noord in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Clifford Chance advised OCP on the due diligence, acquisition, corporate structuring, acquisition financing and closing of this transaction. This transaction is a perfect fit to OCP's urbanisation investing theme with one of the strategies being investing in residential units in urban areas in the Netherlands.

Project The Rock was purchased from RoundHill.
