Clifford Chance Advising Exact Group B.V. on Sale of its US Business to Apax Partners

Clifford Chance is advising Exact Group B.V. on the sale of its US based business division Specialized Solutions, which provides enterprise resource planning and business software solutions primarily to the manufacturing industry, to funds advised by Apax Partners. Transaction terms have not been disclosed.

The Clifford Chance team is being led out of New York by M&A partners Kevin Lehpamer and Benjamin Sibbett and out of Amsterdam by M&A partner Jeroen Thijssen.
