Clifford Chance has advised RCI Banque S.A. (operating under the Mobilize Financial Services brand) on its €400 million inaugural Additional Tier 1 (AT1) bond issuance
This inaugural transaction marks a significant milestone for RCI Banque S.A., representing its first EUR-denominated AT1 bond. The €400 million perpetual non-call 5.5-year AT1 notes are designed to diversify the company’s capital sources and further strengthen its regulatory capital structure.
Clifford Chance advised the issuer on the transaction, with a team composed of Cédric Burford (Partner), Auriane Bijon (Counsel), Baya Hariche (Associate), and Jessica Hadid (Associate) on the debt capital markets aspects, Frédérick Lacroix (Partner), Louis-Auguste Barthout (Counsel), and Alexandre Wahl (Associate) on the financial regulatory aspects, as well as Pierre Goyat (Partner) and Hanene Zemir (Associate) on the tax aspects.
