Clifford Chance advises Rivean Capital on the intended sale of XD Connects to Platinum Equity

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised its longstanding client Rivean Capital, a pioneer in European mid-market private equity, on the intended sale of XD Connects, a leading designer and value-added supplier of corporate gifts and custom-branded merchandise, to global investment firm Platinum Equity.

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, XD Connects serves more than 5,000 B2B resellers and distributors, primarily across Europe, offering a broad portfolio of high-end custom-branded merchandise.
