Clifford Chance advises Jiaxin International Resources on its dual primary listing in Hong Kong and Kazakhstan

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited on Hong Kong and US laws for its global offering and dual primary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the Astana International Exchange. The Hong Kong listing raised approximately US$154 million (HK$1.2 billion). The transaction is the first ever dual listing in Hong Kong and Kazakhstan.

Jiaxin is a tungsten mining company focusing on the development of the Boguty tungsten mine in Kazakhstan.

Chair of China Practice and partner Tim Wang co-led the deal with partners Jean Thio and Tianning Xiang, with support from counsel Qingqing Bu and Ying Chiang Chong, senior associates April Zhang and Yuer Shao, associate Joan Wang and trainee solicitor Jin Qin.
