Clifford Chance advises CVC on significant investment in Airalo
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised CVC Capital Partners on its investment in Airalo. The transaction represents a significant milestone for Airalo in reportedly bringing its valuation to over US$1 billion following a period of rapid expansion. Founded in 2019, Airalo provides eSim services in more than 200 countries and regions to over 20 million users globally.
