Hayley Kwan is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters.

She regularly supports clients across the technology, financial services, consumer goods, natural resources, gaming and life sciences sectors on the intellectual property aspects of M&A transactions, joint ventures, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements and disputes. She has handled intellectual property and technology disputes from pre-action correspondence through to trial in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

With a Computer Science degree, Hayley has a particular interest in artificial intelligence, software, semiconductors and emerging technologies, and contributes regularly to industry publications, including the Practising Law Institute's A Guide to Creating an Effective AI Corporate Compliance Program and The Advertising Brief.
