Clifford Chance
Alex is a Senior Associate in our Riyadh office and is part of the Corporate team. Alex has considerable experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and specialises in advising financial sponsors on M&A transactions.
He advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactional and corporate advisory matters and has experience advising bidders and targets on commercial and contractual issues, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Alex is a results driven individual who is recognised by his clients and colleagues as technically excellent and commercially minded.
Outside of his core specialties, Alex also has experience with foreign direct investment approvals, shareholders governance arrangements, incentive schemes and W&I underwriting processes.
