Clifford Chance advises Yibin City Commercial Bank on its IPO and listing in Hong Kong

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Yibin City Commercial Bank on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO is expected to raise approximately HK$ 1.783 billion.

Tim Wang, Chair of China Practice and partners Tianning Xiang and Fang Liu co-led the deal, with support from counsel Hao Wu, senior associates James Zhang and Xuemei Wang, associates Ruonan Tang, Xiao Tang and Aili Zhu, trainee solicitors Erdong Zhao, Jin Qin and legal analysts Xijie Wang, Xinyi Zhan and Lisa Yan.
