Clifford Chance advises Jayamas Medica Industri on its IPO and listing in Indonesia

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (JMI) on the international aspects of its US$53 million initial public offering and listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Partners Johannes Juette and Gareth Deiner co-led the deal with support from senior associate Stephanie Liman.
